Immaculate Conception is a 2025 Jubilee Pilgrimage Church

Immaculate Conception Church in Gilman is blessed to be an official 2025 Jubilee Church — a special place of pilgrimage during the Jubilee Year of Hope, declared by Pope Francis.
The Jubilee Year, which began on December 24, 2024 and continues through December 2025, is a time for Catholics around the world to renew their faith, deepen their relationship with God, and experience His abundant mercy. As a Jubilee Church, Immaculate Conception will serve as a spiritual destination for pilgrims seeking renewal, reconciliation, and grace.
Throughout the year, we will offer special opportunities for prayer, Eucharistic Adoration, Confession, and other events in union with the wider Church. Pilgrims visiting our church will have the opportunity to obtain a Plenary Indulgence, under the usual conditions, as part of their journey of faith.
We invite all — near and far — to join us in this sacred celebration. Whether you are making a pilgrimage, returning to the Church, or simply seeking peace and spiritual nourishment, you are welcome here.
Let us walk together as Pilgrims of Hope, united in prayer and joyful expectation.
Immaculate Conception is located at 231 N Secor Street in Gilman, Illinois. Learn more about our church here.
